Aromas of chocolate, toffee & dark fruit greet you, followed by complex flavors of bourbon, vanilla & oak. The spiciness from rye malt & rye whiskey barrels rounds out a dry finish.
Imperial Dark Ale Aged in Bourbon & Rye Whiskey Barrels 12.5% ABV
In collaboration with Listermann Brewing Company. This collaboration blended the Imperial dark ale, Chickow!, with Dosvidanya Imperial Stout. Both were aged in oak bourbon barrels.

This metal-aged purity and simplicity is further complemented by relying solely on the wild yeasts and other microflora naturally occurring on the fruits to beautifully and spontaneously sour these beers, bridging all gaps between ciders, wines and ales. This sour apple ale greets you with noticeable aromas and flavors of Brettanomyces and a pale gold color that teases your palate with flavors of apple skins, then leaves a light, dry finish.

Sour grape ale features a subtle grape and Brettanomyces aroma with light straw color and flavors of grape skins. Finishing light and clean, with a soft flavor of plump, juicy grapes.

Belgian-Style Imperial Stout 11.64% ABV
In the spirit of the Franco-Belgian Military Accord of 1920, this beer unites a Belgian-style Imperial Stout with one-year aging in a French Cognac oak foudre, coalescing into aromas and flavors similar to dark roast coffee & dark chocolate,
black cherries, plums, hints of molasses and slight smoke, all pairing beautifully with the French oak tannins, medium
body, gentle warming and dry finish.
Rye Wine-Style Ale Aged with Oak
12.1% ABV
Evoking memories of our grandparents’ home laden with anitique oak furniture, ornate woodwork, pipe tobacco, toffee candies and perhaps an old, hidden bottle of sherry, Antiquity Rye Wine is a dark copper ale with a spicy/ peppery note from rye combining rich maltiness, oak character and aromas/flavors like melted caramel, toffee, vanilla, sweet chocolate and raisins in a full-bodied beer nicely balanced with a dry, hoppy finish.
Belgian-Style Imperial Stout 11% ABV
Totally radical chocolate-like aroma masks subtle notes of cherries and oak as a prelude to amped up flavors of rich, bitter, dark-chocolate malt combined with tart cherries and oak tannins that most definitely electrify this Belgian-style imperial stout’s smooth, silky body and bone-dry finish.
Belgian-Style Strong Dark Ale 9.5% ABV
This dark and eerie Belgian Strong ale is brewed with dark Belgian "candy" sugar, raw sugar and dark, special & aromatic malts. Full-bodied, rich & sweet maltiness, low hop bitterness, flavor & aroma, fruity complexity, deceiving alcohol strength and some phenolic spiciness...much better with food than Chianti ever was.
