An area once reserved solely for the practical application of aging beers, we were excited to open up this space for guests to host private events such as family celebrations, business meetings, wedding functions, and multi-course food & beer pairing events.  

Located within DESTIHL Brewery, the Barrel Room is where you'll find something unique. Our modern-industrial space is perfect for the craft beer experience, a place where you'll be greeted with our warm hospitality and an experience unlike any other in Central Illinois.  

The Barrel Room at DESTIHL Brewery offers a vast array of menu selections (food & beverage) from DESTIHL Restaurant & Brew Works and the Beer Hall. Our private event team will work with each host to hand-select the perfect menu for your event.  Whether it's a seated dinner with beer pairings or a reception-style event with a buffet, DESTIHL will help you boycott a bland experience.

We offer individually plated meals for groups of 50 guests or fewer, family-style plated service for up to 150 guests and buffet service for parties of up to 175 people. For a cocktail-style event with limited seating, we can accommodate up to 275 people.
