An area once reserved solely for the practical application of aging beers, we were excited to open up this space for guests to host private events such as family celebrations, business meetings, wedding functions, and multi-course food & beer pairing events.  

The Barrel Room is located within DESTIHL Brewery and offers something unique. Our modern industrial space is perfect for the craft beer experience, where you'll be greeted with our warm hospitality and have an experience unlike any other in Central Illinois.  

The Barrel Room at DESTIHL Brewery offers various menu selections (food & beverage) from DESTIHL Restaurant & Brew Works and the Beer Hall. Our private event team will work with each host to hand-select the perfect menu for your event. So whether it's a seated dinner with beer pairings or a reception-style event with a buffet, DESTIHL will help you boycott a bland experience.

We offer individually plated meals for groups of 50 guests or fewer, family-style plated service for up to 75 guests, and buffet service for parties of up to 175 people. For a cocktail-style event with limited seating, we can accommodate up to 275 people.

The Courtyard is our new, string-lighted area accessed through The Barrel Room. It offers your guests a private outdoor experience as part of your event. It includes cocktail tables, lawn games, outdoor seating, and an additional bar area.
