Unwind and recharge at our Candlelight Yoga experience in the Barrel Room.

Join instructor Nancy Nork for an energizing flow, followed by restorative poses, all set to the warm glow of candlelight and a serene ambiance. After class, enjoy a complimentary beverage to cool down and connect with your fellow yogis. Each participant will also receive a hand-poured soy candle from Cedar & Scotch as a special keepsake.

Grab your friends and join us for a cozy, creative night in the Barrel Room at DESTIHL Beer Hall! Create your own custom candle with Farm to Wick during this hands-on candle-making class that is equal parts fun and relaxing.

Your $40 ticket includes step-by-step instruction, all candle-making supplies, and a complimentary beverage to enjoy during class. The guided portion of the class lasts about one hour, followed by additional time for your candle to set. While it cures, stick around to enjoy DESTIHL food and drinks with your group until your candle is ready to take home.

The Barrel Room opens at 6:15pm and class begins promptly at 6:30pm. Come early to grab dinner or drinks in the Beer Hall before heading into the class.

Backyard returns for their annual “Warm Yourself By the Tire Fire” winter show with special guest opener Aaron Kelly. BTF’s music rings with crisp guitar tones, tight harmonies and pointed lyrics. Longtime musical cohorts Edward David Anderson and Scott Tipping create the core vibe with skillful guitar work. Anderson’s brother, Matt, plays bass with new guy John Ganser on drums.

Known for infectious melodies & memorable messages, the veteran midwestern rockers were darlings of radio stations like Chicago’s WXRT-FM in the early 2000s, touring the US relentlessly before going on hiatus in 2011. Grammy Award-winning producer Steve Berlin of Los Lobos produced their critically acclaimed album, “Good To Be” and is on board to work with the band again in 2026.

Our Dosvidanya Day Release Party returns on Saturday, February 21st! Dosvidanya, our award-winning Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout, has earned top honors at the Great American Beer Festival, the Festival of Wood and Barrel-Aged Beer, and recognition as a Best Beer in Illinois.

All 2026 Dosvidanya variants are available exclusively at this event and will not be distributed. Any remaining bottles will be sold later at both DESTIHL locations.

Attendees will explore our production space, sample four pre-selected variants at tasting stations, hang out in the Winner's Lounge featuring other award-winning DESTIHL beers, purchase additional variants and vintage bottles, and enjoy live music in the Barrel Room. Ticket options include VIP, General Admission, and GA plus guest packages.

This private, 21+ event takes place in our production brewery and Barrel Room. The Beer Hall will remain open to the public. Proxies may pick up orders with a valid ticket and ID.
