We’re diving into leg lamps, booby traps, Buddy the Elf’s four food groups, and Cousin Eddie’s RV. So grab your trivia crew, throw on a festive sweater, and let’s see if you know your Kevin McCallister from your Clark Griswold. Prizes, holiday cheer, and probably some yelling of “You’ll shoot your eye out!”

This night’s gonna be so good… you’ll want to shout “SANTA! I KNOW HIM!”

Unwind and recharge at our Candlelight Yoga experience in the Barrel Room.

Join instructor Nancy Nork for an energizing flow, followed by restorative poses, all set to the warm glow of candlelight and a serene ambiance.

Step back into the glitz, grit, and glamour of the Roaring 1920s, where gangsters run the streets and flappers rule the dance floor. This New Year’s Eve, you’re invited to our Speakeasy, the hottest joint in town and the scene of a turf war brewing. Gangsters, bootleggers, and high-rolling troublemakers are piling in to make their allegiances known...or hide them entirely.

Now it’s up to the ever-determined (and questionably competent) local constables to crack the case. But not before things get wild. And trust us, in this speakeasy, they always do. The drinks flow freely, the clues come fast, and the countdown to midnight might not be the only thing that drops.

Are you clever enough to solve the crime? Or will you become part of the legend of Cherry’s Speakeasy? Only one way to find out...

Dress to Kill: Don your finest fedora, feathered headband, gangster stripes or pearls and get ready to ring in the New Year with mystery, mischief, and 1920s mayhem.

Backyard returns for their annual “Warm Yourself By the Tire Fire” winter show with special guest opener Aaron Kelly. BTF’s music rings with crisp guitar tones, tight harmonies and pointed lyrics. Longtime musical cohorts Edward David Anderson and Scott Tipping create the core vibe with skillful guitar work. Anderson’s brother, Matt, plays bass with new guy John Ganser on drums.

Known for infectious melodies & memorable messages, the veteran midwestern rockers were darlings of radio stations like Chicago’s WXRT-FM in the early 2000s, touring the US relentlessly before going on hiatus in 2011. Grammy Award-winning producer Steve Berlin of Los Lobos produced their critically acclaimed album, “Good To Be” and is on board to work with the band again in 2026.

Our Dosvidanya Day Release Party returns on Saturday, February 21st! Dosvidanya, our award-winning Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout, has earned top honors at the Great American Beer Festival, the Festival of Wood and Barrel-Aged Beer, and recognition as a Best Beer in Illinois.

All 2026 Dosvidanya variants are available exclusively at this event and will not be distributed. Any remaining bottles will be sold later at both DESTIHL locations.

Attendees will explore our production space, sample four pre-selected variants at tasting stations, hang out in the Winner's Lounge featuring other award-winning DESTIHL beers, purchase additional variants and vintage bottles, and enjoy live music in the Barrel Room. Ticket options include VIP, General Admission, and GA plus guest packages.

This private, 21+ event takes place in our production brewery and Barrel Room. The Beer Hall will remain open to the public. Proxies may pick up orders with a valid ticket and ID.
