Hazy Double IPA 8% ABV

Our Strangest of Hazes Imperial IPA features 2-row malt, flaked oats & wheat with a duet of HBC 586 & Idaho 7 hops, creating a smooth ensemble with notes evocative of mango, guava, lychee and zesty tangerine.

Look for this beer from January to February.

Hazy IPA 7.0% ABV 

Our Drivin' That Haze IPA features Pilsen malt, flaked oats & Vienna malt with a chord of Cashmere, Amarillo® & Simcoe hops, for a smooth malt melody with notes of tropical and citrus fruits.

Our Extended Jam IPA features pilsen malt, flaked oats, wheat, and an encore of Mosaic, Galena, and El Dorado hops, awakening jammy aromas and flavors reminiscent of tropical & stone fruits. Look for this beer from April to June.

Steal Your Haze IPA features pilsen malt, flaked oats & wheat which form a jam session with Citra, Cascade & El Dorado® hops to strike a chord of citrus, floral & pine aromas and flavors.

The Haze Between features 2-row barley malt, flaked oats and wheat combined with Citra, Simcoe, El Dorado® and Idaho 7™ hops to create a funky melody of tangerine, citrus & earthy pine aromas and flavors.

Hazy Double IPA 8.5% ABV

Our Haze of the Dead reverberates with booming amounts of Citra and Simcoe® hops piercing through the melodic mouthful of flaked oats, wheat & pils malts, concocting into a juicy, Hazy Double IPA that will be sure to wake the dead. Look for this beer from September to November.

Imperial IPA 9.0% ABV

This brew pours a clear straw color and boasts an aromatic blend of tangerine, grapefruit, and a hint of passionfruit from Citra and Mosaic hops, rounded out by a piney note from Chinook. It's full-bodied with a crisp, dank, and pithy finish that won't overwhelm your palate.

Leipzig-Style Gose Ale 5.2% ABV

We threw caution to the wind with our interpretation of a Leipzig-style Gose, featuring complex aromas and acidic flavors contributed by indigenous wild yeast and lactic fermentation. Lemon, lime and other citrus-like qualities are balanced by the spicy character of coriander and a mineral-mouthfeel from French sea salt, resulting in a refreshing beer that was worth the risk.

Sour Ale with Peaches, Lactose, Vanilla & Natural Flavors 5.7% ABV

Juicy peach puree, lactose, vanilla & cinnamon fuse to create a light-bodied, tart sour ale inspired by Grandma’s secret recipe. One sip will have you ready to move to the country and eat a lot of peaches.

Sour Ale with Blueberry, Lactose, Vanilla & Natural Flavors 5.2% ABV

This sour ale is brewed with blueberry puree, vanilla, cinnamon flavor & lactose, creating a beer with a vibrant purple color, sweetness & spice reminiscent of the flavors in the classic dessert!

Sour Ale with Lemon Puree & Vanilla 4.2% ABV

Pours a light gold with a thin white head. Hints of lemon and vanilla present in the aroma. Lightly tart with a dry finish, this sour ale has the flavors of a classic lemon dessert in a glass. 

Dry-hopped Sour Ale with Apricot 6.0% ABV

Our Wild Sour Apricot combines a refreshingly tart sour with the citrusy dry-hopping of a pale ale. The biscuity malt and prominent stone fruit character from added apricots form a perfect harmony in this delicately balanced and delightfully enjoyable beer.

Sour Ale with Natural Flavors 4.9% ABV

True Evel American Blonde Ale is inspired by Evel Knievel’s famous stunts and his roots in Big Sky Country. This beer ramps up from a crisp, malty base contributed by both Briess & Montana Craft Malts, jumps forward from there with a cream ale-style yeast blend of both lager & ale strains, and then lands with low hop notes

and a hint of sweetness, delivering a Blue-Ribbon flavor profile reminiscent of Knievel's audacious feats. Available year-round. 

Imperial IPA 9.0% ABV

In collaboration with K&K Promotions Inc. (The Evel Knievel® Family), we are leaping to new heights together with a spectacular beer project. Evel Knievel Imperial IPA is a daring West Coast-style brew that is ramped up with a thrilling burst of hoppiness, fruity aromas and perfectly balanced bitterness.
